Bachelor of Pharmacy, joined the Consorcio Jam\u00f3n Serrano in 1990, where he supervised both the quality and certification guarantee process as well as relations with the Associates. Currently, he plays a key role in the Consorcio due to his deep knowledge of the sector and having been responsible for implementing the first Serrano ham quality standard for exportation beyond our borders.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
