C&rsquo;est pourquoi elle se positionne dans le secteur comme le repr\u00e9sentant indiqu\u00e9 des entreprises espagnoles qui voient dans l&rsquo;exportation une chance de s&rsquo;ouvrir \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres march\u00e9s \u00e9trangers. La strat\u00e9gie de diff\u00e9renciation verticale claire adopt\u00e9e se traduit sur le terrain par une forte campagne de promotion internationale de son sceau de qualit\u00e9 ConsorcioSerrano.<\/p>\n<p>Ces quatre entreprises ont rejoint le projet, satisfaisant la norme de qualit\u00e9 exig\u00e9e par le Consorcio del Jam\u00f3n Serrano Espa\u00f1ol. L&rsquo;association a par ailleurs \u00e9valu\u00e9 les installations et a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des inspections dans les usines de production, examin\u00e9 les processus et le produit afin de garantir un jambon de haute qualit\u00e9 qui portera d\u00e9sormais le seau de qualit\u00e9 ConsorcioSerrano.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouveaux associ\u00e9s sont des entreprises de poids dans le secteur des produits carn\u00e9s, h\u00e9riti\u00e8res d&rsquo;une grande tradition culinaire. <strong>Jamones Centelles<\/strong> se trouve dans la localit\u00e9 barcelonaise de Centelles. Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le d\u00e9coupage en tranches d&rsquo;une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de produits carn\u00e9s, elle dispose d&rsquo;une des lignes de d\u00e9sossement de jambon affin\u00e9 les plus modernes d&rsquo;Europe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Juli\u00e1n Mairal<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e il y a plus de 60 ans \u00e0 Barbastro, municipalit\u00e9 de la province d&rsquo;Huesca. La qualit\u00e9 de ses produits est le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;une excellente ma\u00eetrise de la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re et des processus de transformation. La troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de la famille maintient les marques d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Embutidos Espa\u00f1a<\/strong> se trouve \u00e0 Escalonilla, municipalit\u00e9 de la province de Tol\u00e8de. Apr\u00e8s plus de deux d\u00e9cennies dans le secteur, elle mise sur de nouvelles lignes de d\u00e9coupage en tranches et un agrandissement de ses installations. L&rsquo;entreprise d\u00e9tient de nombreux certificats qui l&rsquo;avalisent dans le secteur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jamones El Castillo<\/strong>, quant \u00e0 elle, a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 1930 \u00e0 Nore\u00f1a, commune des Asturies. C&rsquo;est une entreprise familiale qui se consacre exclusivement \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration et \u00e0 l&rsquo;affinage du jambon serrano et ib\u00e9rique de haute qualit\u00e9. La qualit\u00e9 de sa production est reconnue mondialement. C&rsquo;est une des premi\u00e8res entreprises espagnoles \u00e0 avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 homologu\u00e9e par la Communaut\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne et certifi\u00e9e pour la production de jambon serrano portant le label ETG (sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 traditionnelle garantie).<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;incorporation de nouveaux associ\u00e9s suppose un soutien ferme de notre projet, une croyance en nos valeurs, nous renfor\u00e7ant dans le secteur.
