Jose María Orteu Barrabés
Vice President of the CJSE
Managing Director of Grupo Agral, he has been the head and driving force of the Consorcio work strategy, based on strength and solvency, first in his period as President as well as currently as Vice President, supporting the rest of the professionals.
Pedro Rodriguez Marín
General Coordinator and Technical Manager
Bachelor of Pharmacy, joined the Consorcio Jamón Serrano in 1990, where he supervised both the quality and certification guarantee process as well as relations with the Associates. Currently, he plays a key role in the Consorcio due to his deep knowledge of the sector and having been responsible for implementing the first Serrano ham quality standard for exportation beyond our borders.
Carlos del Hoyo
Marketing and Promotion Manager
With a Degree in Economics, joins the Consorcio as Marketing and Promotion Manager. Carlos has ample knowledge of international markets, having held positions as Export Manager for the wine sector, Internationalization consultant and Advisor for large purchasing groups.
Juan Carlos Valenciano
Quality Manager
With more than 20 years of experience in the team of the Consorcio del Jamón Serrano Español, he is a key player in the association. It assumes the responsibility that all Consorcio Serrano ham pieces comply with the quality regulations established by the entity.
Ángeles de Luis
Executive Secretary
She began her professional career with the Consorcio del Jamón Serrano Español in 2012, where she provides her prior executive experience as Executive Assistant in major distribution companies such as Leroy Merlin.
