    Ensalada de ravioli, jamón serrano ConsorcioSerrano, nectarinas asadas, lechuga, tomate y queso de cabra desmigado

    Ingredients (serves 4):

    • 240g ravioli
    • 4 slices of Consorcio Serrano ham
    • 1 nectarine
    • 1 tomato
    • 2 bunches of lettuce
    • 30g goat cheese curd
    • A few basil leaves
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon runny honey
    • Salt and pepper

     

    Salad

    Brush the quartered nectarine with a little olive oil before browning it for a few minutes under the grill or in a pan.
    Mix the vinaigrette ingredients together.
    Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions (do not overcook). After cooking, gently rinse them under cold water.

    Serving

    Arrange the salad on two plates, adding the rinsed and drained lettuce, the grilled nectarine slices, the chopped or sliced tomato, the ravioli, and the Serrano ham slices.
    Garnish with basil leaves, crumbled goat cheese, and drizzle with vinaigrette. Enjoy!
