Preheat the oven to 190°C.
In a small saucepan or skillet, pour the vinegar and honey. Mix and heat over low heat until a syrup forms.
Spread the syrup mixture on the bottom of a tart pan lined with parchment paper. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes and place them cut-side down to fill the pan completely. Sprinkle with dried oregano and salt and pepper.
Cover the cherry tomatoes with the puff pastry, gently pushing it into the sides of the pan.
Pierce the puff pastry with a fork in several places and bake for 25 minutes.
After removing from the oven, let the tart cool for a few moments before gently placing it on a plate to unmold it.
Sprinkle fresh goat cheese over the tart and add the slices of Consorcio Serrano ham and a few basil leaves. Ready! Enjoy the tart warm or cold.
Mix the quinoa with the roasted vegetables. Add the vinaigrette, mix, and finish by adding Consorcio Serrano ham and the basil leaves.
The rinsed and drained lettuce, the grilled nectarine slices, the chopped or sliced tomato, the ravioli, and the ConsorcioSerrano serrano ham slices.
